When you need nappies and wipes, we know you need ’em fast. We often get surprised customers saying how quickly they received their deliveries, and we thought we’d share our little secret.

Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane.

Storing product closer to our customers means you get it quicker. If orders are received before 12pm local time, it is usually sent off that day and if you live in those cities you normally receive the next day. If you live outside those cities, it may take a little longer (1 or 2 days usually).

Things can always slow down deliveries (like let’s see…a pandemic!) but we do the best we can from our side to ensure any delays are minimised.

So now you know – if you need your wipes urgently, place that order before midday and there’s a good chance you’ll get it next day if you are in a major city!
