Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase due to rashes or other product faults. Please email us at support@joonya.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues and provide the return address if needed.
All shipping costs for change of mind returns or unopened product are at the expense of the Client. You can either arrange a return using your own method, or we can send you a discounted shipping label that will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item back in our warehouse. Note we do not accept open bags of nappies when returning. Clients assume all risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit, but we will work with you to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of arriving at our returns destination. Please email us for address details of our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne.
